10.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Failed Transactions: When a recharge or bill payment transaction fails but the amount has been debited from your account

10.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Amounts deducted by telecom operators or service providers as part of their policies
  • Service fees and commission charges for completed transactions
  • Funds transferred to incorrect numbers/accounts due to user error

Important: Refund eligibility is subject to verification and approval by our team. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

10.3 Refund Process

10.4 Refund Timeframes

Wallet Balance Refunds 7-10 business days after account closure request

10.5 Wallet Balance Refunds

If you wish to close your GSPAY account and refund your remaining wallet balance:

  • Minimum refund amount: ₹100
  • Processing fee: ₹50 or 2% of the refund amount (whichever is higher)
  • Refund will be processed to your registered bank account only
  • Account must have no pending transactions or disputes

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We will also provide notice through our Services or by other means, such as email, prior to the change becoming effective when required by law.
